Hi, future world leaders! Since the last dev blog, we’ve now moved into version 0.2.0. To help further our communications with you, we’ve opened an official Discord server which you can join here!
Here’s what we’ve added since our last development blog:
Resources
- Added new resource type: vehicle
- Added drone and military drone resources
- Added surveillance balloon resource
- Added artefact resource (Parthenon marbles) to the UK
- Expanded details for ‘Artefact’ resource types, e.g. artefact type, country of origin.
- Background military resource improvements (military unit type, combat power, etc.)
Countries/Territories
- Added military comparison when viewing other country’s details
- Added the ability to filter countries based on the continent
war
- Added the ability to view war details
- Added the ability to view names when clicking the flag in war details
- Added more historical wars
- Added news articles when countries join existing wars
- Added news articles when countries join a war due to alliances
- Background war declaration improvements (countries now join existing wars if relevant)
- Updated WW2 belligerents
Other
- Tweaked nuclear strike sound (100% more daunting)
- Made country flags load more efficiently when viewing war details

Big Fixes
- Fixed the order and number of relation modifiers that appear when viewing a countries opinion of you
- Fixed Serbia not appearing
