Hi, future world leaders! Since the last dev blog, we’ve now moved into version 0.2.2. To help further our communications with you, we’ve opened an official Discord server which you can join here!
Here’s what we’ve added since our last development blog:
Character
- Added the ability to select a background for your character (Politician, Activist, YouTuber, etc.)
- Added the ability to randomise all character details
countries/territories
- All countries now have their own dedicated names assigned for their citizens
events
- Tweaked how events are selected
World leaders
- World Leaders now have career backgrounds
- World Leaders now have portraits

- Added more tips to loading screens
- Reduced chance of world leaders having different pronouns
bug fixes
- Fixed Tokelau’s name not appearing
- Fixed uninhabited countries buying/selling from the private market
